Download A Template

After sending your order, download one of our PDF templates to make it easy to layout your design, either horizontally or vertically. Each template has layers showing perforations, bleed, trim and safe areas of Crutch Cards.

Create Your Design

For the best results, we suggest Adobe Illustrator for razor sharp graphics. Vector format designs print best on Crutch Cards, but photos look great too. Add your design to the artwork layer of the template.

Send Us Your File

When saving your file make sure to outline any fonts, embed images and convert your design to CMYK mode. Adobe Illustrator files are preferred but we also accept PDF, JPG, TIFF. EPS and PSD.
